You won’t transform your tennis in 4 weeks.

But you CAN rebuild momentum, restore your body, and prepare for the summer season the right way.

I’ve helped hundreds of tennis players find the right starting point, ramp up gradually and return to tennis feeling strong and fit for the season. Now it’s your turn.

Most adult tennis players don’t have a motivation problem. Quite the opposite — they have a problem holding back.

If this sounds like you — once the outdoor season rolls around — you’re likely ramping up your tennis way too fast.

The result…

❌ sore knees

❌ an achy elbow

❌ stiff hips

❌ a tender shoulder

❌ a sore back

❌ the list goes on…

This often leads to less summer tennis, or worse yet, no tennis at all.

But if you take even just a few weeks to ramp up both physically AND on the court, you can enjoy a summer of tennis injury-free.

FAQ:

What equipment do I need?

Most exercises can be performed with basic gym equipment or dumbbells. Exercise substitutions will be provided where needed.

What level player is this for?

This program is designed primarily for adult recreational and club-level players. But if you’re a competitive player who needs a little direction, you’re welcome to join too!

What if I already play tennis several times per week?

Perfect. The goal is to help your body better tolerate and support your tennis volume. This might mean a temporary reduction in tennis while we build up your tolerance to load.

What if I’ve had injuries before?

This is not a rehab program, but the training is designed to progressively rebuild load tolerance and physical capacity in a systematic manner.

How long are the sessions?

Approximately 45–75 minutes depending on the session. Early on, it may take slightly more time as you get familiar with the exercises and the order etc. Once you’re used to the structure, the time demand will decrease.
