This is Matt, I'm physical prep and tennis coach & a former athlete. For years I wanted to play professional tennis but I didn't have the right environment. It was a constant battle to find training partners, coaches and the right facilities. 

Since then, I've done my homework. I've used research backed methods to train WTA & ATP pros, as well as many top national and international (ITF) juniors. And I've always had my sights set on creating an environment where young, up & coming athletes can continue their athletic pursuits. I now have that opportunity.

modern tennis is gruelling. be prepared.

Tennis is no longer just about on-court practice. With the game constantly evolving, the modern player can hit big, move explosively and perform at their best for what seems like hours on end.

That's why my approach to training is evidence backed. I use sport science principles, the latest research along with over 10 years of coaching experience to develop today's player.

 

TENNIS TRAINING FOR THE SERIOUS PLAYER

This program includes physical preparation for tennis & on-court training for the aspiring junior (ITF bound) to the seasoned pro (ATP & WTA). 

BASED IN MUNICH, GERMANY

Whether it's for 2 weeks, 2 months or a year, I'm ready to train serious players & help them realize their athletic potential.

INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM

Every player is different and requires a training program suited for them. A thorough performance assessment will dictate the needs of each individual player and guide the training process.

DEVELOP YOUR GAME WITH EXPERIENCED COACHES.

This summer, join me, Matt Kuzdub and former Top 100 ATP Pro, Emilio Alvarez, in Munich, Germany for a training environment unlike any other. 

 

TENNIS-SPECIFIC ON & OFF COURT TRAINING

Off-court drills will consist of both general and specific exercises to prepare the body to endure the gruelling demands of tennis. On-court training will consist of technical, tactical and competitive drills to prepare for intense competition.

ELITE COMPETITION

Players will compete in a mix of ITF, Tennis Europe and German Tennis Association tournaments, depending on their international & national rankings.

EXPERIENCED COACHING

Train with a group of coaches whose experiences range from playing professional tennis to coaching players of all ages.

This FREE training program offers young athletes (12 & up) a foundation of strength that will enhance overall fitness and prepare them for more specific training down the road.

The program includes a 6 week training template with specific exercise progressions & exact reps and sets.

TRAINING GUIDE

The guide provides a brief intro to sport science and how the body adapts to training.
